By creating an account or using FlipProfit ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our") at flipprofit.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those on free trials and paid plans.
FlipProfit is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool for resellers. It provides inventory tracking, profit calculation, deal analysis, AI-powered listing generation, and eBay message automation. The Service is provided "as is" and features may change over time.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with 40 credits and up to 50 inventory items. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, access to paid features requires upgrading to a paid plan. Trial credits do not carry over to paid plans.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.
Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation. Credits reset at the start of each billing period — unused included credits do not roll over. Add-on credit packs purchased separately do carry over month to month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not issue partial-month refunds.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at billing@flipprofit.net within 7 days of the charge.

FlipProfit integrates with third-party platforms including eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Stripe, and Anthropic. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective platforms' terms of service. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspensions or API changes that affect the Service.
By connecting your eBay account and enabling auto-messages, you authorize FlipProfit to send messages to buyers on your behalf using your eBay credentials. You are responsible for ensuring those messages comply with eBay's policies.
The listing generator uses Anthropic's Claude AI to produce titles, descriptions, and keywords. AI-generated content is provided for your review and editing — we make no guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific listing. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing it to a marketplace.
FlipProfit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (inventory records, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data to provide the Service to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Profit calculations, deal analysis, and AI-generated content are tools to assist your decision-making — they are not financial or legal advice. Always verify important figures independently before making purchasing or selling decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FLIPPROFIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold FlipProfit harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may retain data as required by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
